6. Returns of online purchases
You have 30 days from the day of purchase to decide if the product is right for you. Okuma will refund or exchange the product, provided that it has not been damaged, washed, soiled, altered or worn and that all packages are attached. The shipping costs should be paid by customer.
You can return products by following these steps:

3. After confirmation, place the products you wish to return in a suitable bag or box, e.g. the one you received your parcel in.
We recommend that you send your return with a traceable carrier such as TNT, UPS or FedEx, using the address listed below. And keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Okuma is not responsible for packages sent back to us.
